If you would like to schedule an appointment for an initial diagnostic evaluation, you may call 1-800-PITEAM-5.  This evaluation will include a comprehensive clinical and radiographic evaluation after which a treatment plan will be devised providing you with the approximate cost of treatment for your particular needs.  The cost of the initial evaluation is $295.00.

Complete diagnostic work-up includes the following:
- Review of Medical and Dental Histories
- Full Mouth X-rays
- Panorex X-ray
- Diagnostic casts
- Periodontal exam and charting
- Tooth color analysis
- Diagnostic Photographs
- Cancer screening
- Bite registration and occlusal analysis
- Clinical Evaluation and Consultation
- Tentative Treatment Plan
- CT Scan with evaluation by Maxillofacial specialist and complete diagnostic report (necessary where Teeth In An Hour is planned or a problem is suspected – additional cost of $300.00)

For new patients, a $ 95 deposit is required to guarantee the appointment.
