New Patient Workup 3 hours To include but not limited to initial oral exam, occlusal records  
    full mouth xray, soft tissue evaluation, periodontal charting  
    esthetic evaluation, cephalometric xray (lateral and apical)  
    upper and lower alginate impressions, diagnostic photos, cancer screening  
3 hours   All patients must have a complete diagnostic workup prior to any treatment
Teeth in A Day Surgery Max Total Number of Appointments:  7

Teeth In A Day Surgery 4 hours Anesthesia (local or general), all necesary extractions, blood draw for PRP  
    dental implant placement procedure, immediate loading, post-op xrays,  
    and instructions.  
Suture removal/Healing Check 45 minutes Removal of all visible sutures, occlusal adjustments, esthetic re-evaluation  
    reinforcement of homecare instructions  
Initial Oral Hygiene 1 hour Light oral hygiene cleaning with oral hygiene instructions  
Final Impression 3 to 4 hours Bite registration, removal of conversion prosthesis, check abutments,  
    final impression, articulation, re-insert conversion, shade selection.  
Wax Try-in (as needed) 1 hour Remove conversion prosthesis, place try-in prosthesis, evaluate esthetics,  
    panorex xray  
Delivery 2 hours Remove conversion prosthesis, check abutments, place final tissue  
    integrated prosthesis, adjust occlusion as necessary, upper and lower  
    alginate impressions.  
Oral Hygiene 1 hour Oral hygiene cleaning, reinforcement oral hygiene instructions, screw check.  
TOTAL TIME: 13 to 15 hours   In some cases, lab adjustments may lengthen the total of time of appointment.

    adjust occlusion and contacts, reglaze if necessary, cement,  
    clean off excess, home care instructions.  
TOTAL TIME: 2 1/2 hours   In some cases, lab adjustments may lengthen the total of time of appointment.
2 to 6 Crowns Total Number of Appointments:  3 to 4
