Pat has held several positions at Pi including chair side assistant, front desk manager and her current position as the Director of Patient Relations. She is an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) and began her career in a general dental practice. That experience and advanced training led her to seek a more challenging opportunity with Pi Dental Center over 25 years ago. Most of Pat’s time is happily spent in the business office with patients discussing treatment options to help them achieve their dental goals. “Since we all know money doesn’t grow on trees, it is my job to explain financing options so treatment can be staged to meet one’s budget. Our patients go through life changing transformations; it is our responsibility to make them as comfortable as possible so they return to Pi for many years to come. These folks become our extended family and it is always a pleasure to welcome them back for regular checkups, see them doing so well and catch up.” Those who know her best will tell you that Pat is just as passionate about her family including her husband of over 33 years and two grown sons. They share their comfortable home with their rescue dog, a Pit Bull who steals all of their hearts!
