The Nordstrom of dentistry. If you have a ” problem” with anything THEY FIX IT !
With the same professionalism and courtesy even AFTER you paid. They are so consistently pleasant EVEN when I ( sorry) was Not? They continued to be as pleasant- I asked if something was in the water- cause its like Disneyland IT Always starts at the TOP – how sad that its so RARE to find a work environment of real teamwork- I never had ANY dental problems until working as a RN and being given 30 plus patients in very hostile environment I was paid REALLY well- sadly most of that money went into fixing the back teeth I cracked from grindingly teeth- then ” needed multi specialists all blaming another’s work- I was going nuts I finally said to myself- That’s it find me the GODS of dental work and NYC or LA- anywhere- and I was pleasantly surprised to find GODS team of all specialties in one bldg. working together Had I known dentistry was filled with diff specialists I would have studied Dentistry- but then the process of HELL prior to finding this Team? I learned more about the intricacies of dentistry than most dentists- they are the best- I will never work again in the ” Hospital Setting” as it is now- I want to keep my teeth.
