Teeth In A Day Treatment
Drs. Thomas Balshi, Glenn Wolfinger and Neil Della Croce and Stephen Balshi recently presented a poster reporting the treatment of a bulimic patient.
This 34 year old, female patient was treated using the Teeth In A Day protocol of dental implant treatment. The psychological effects of treatment were also outlined. She had severe dental problems resulting from a 28 year history of the disease.
The study concluded that the Teeth In A Day dental treatment is an expedient and predictable way to restore esthetics and function to bulimic patients. This treatment can also help to build the bulimic patient’s self-esteem and body image. (Read article)
