Because of Megan’s dental condition, she could not wear her diving regulator. Dental implants allowed her to hold the regulator comfortably in her mouth, and she could pursue her career. Restoring this patient’s teeth improved her self esteem and enabled her to pursue her dream of becoming a diver.
