Dental implants for the upper front area support a three-unit bridge. This provides improvement in appearance and function.
Stage One:
Prosthodontic Treatment:
This patient was missing an upper right lateral incisor and the two adjoining central incisor teeth required extraction. Two Camlog® dental implants were placed for a three-unit bridge using the Teeth In A Day® protocol. An autogenous bone-graft and PRP was also performed. Surgical placement and prosthetic restorations were completed by Dr. Glenn Wolfinger, a board-certified prosthodontist at Pi Dental Center.
Stage Two:
Final Restorations:
Zirconia Tissue Integrated Prosthesis supported by osseointegrated implants. Improvements were mad in tooth replacement, sizing of teeth and color match.
Lab Work:
Temporary Restorations – Toni Robinson (Pi Dental Center In-House Lab) Final Restorations – Stephen Balshi, MBE, CM Prosthetics, Fort Washington, PA. Color adjustment in the lab gave the teeth natural shades by Nancy Gausz (Pi Dental Center Porcelain Lab).
